Urine report

Respected doctor, I had done UACR on 9 and i  did fasting sugar(97), urine routine protein nil, serum creatinine 0.46,in urine microalbumin 119mg/dl,urine creatinine 47.49mg/dl,and microalbumin creatinine ratio is 251.84(normal is less than 30mg)and acr category is a2(moderately increasd),I went to nephrologist and he asked me to repeat same test after an month, so my question is till then my kidney can more problem ,or which type of issue us this related to kidneys, plz help my anxiety is on the top, have started anxiety killers petril, serta50 since yesterday, plz suggest sir/madam

Albumin creatine ratio doesn’t match with numbers you gave Anyway protein leak can happen during any other illness not related directly to the kidneys
