Whenever I cough or sneeze my urine leaks, which puts in embarrassing situation n sometimes I feel the urge to go to bathroom after drinking water in few minutes so, pee very little, because of which my bathroom visits increase.......plz help!

There must be an infection that can be urinary tract infection or it can be related with stress or anxiety issues..as you are 40 yrs in age female do face such kind of problems when they ar enear menopause! There is aggravated vata and pitta with a lot of kleda( disturbed kapha) in your body Consult in detail first
