Your report shows urinary tract infection with ecoli bacteria You can use nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for 5-7 days Or 1 single dose of fosfomycin granules which is equally effective. Drink lots of water Use urispas tablet 3times daily for 5 days Urine alkalinizer powder 3 times daily for 5 days
