How do you know it's a solitary urine infection only? Do you have any reports to support the diagnosis? Did you visit a doctor? Urine infection can be of the urinary tract only and if progressive, may ascend to cause cystitis as well. Kindly consult a doctor with proper history to get better advice and management.

Please take plenty of fluids to flush out infection.send first morning sample of urine for R/M, and C/S and then start antibiotics.
