Urinary tract infection/overian cyst

I have done a urine culture recently ..in which there have been shown some bacteria due to which it causes infection in urine and also im getting on/off pain in abdomen only in left side i also have overian cyst in left side which also may be the major cause of pain not sure .. but the pain is very severe also it continues till back pain also .. please help on this. Periods are all normal. Not active sexually. No medication. Bp/sugar normal. No evidence of stone. Past done with kidney stone surgery before 2 years. Overian cyst . Painful in left side most of days .

An ultrasound scan and a proper physical examination by a Gynaecologist is required.

Do a urine routine and culture sensitivity test to confirm the urinary infection
