Urinary Tract Infection

I have uti as my pus cells in urine increases every time they become 0 after course of antibiotics. I had feropenam, cefixim, ceforexum, martifur but nothing is working well as pus cells increases again My ultrasound report is normal Culture test says all sensitive I maintain hygiene have water 3.5-4lt Never used public washrooms from last 5 years as I stay home Any good doctor ? Who can tell reason of frequent uti?

To look for frequent UTI cause must get some investigation done like primarily ultrasound
