I am Daniel from Nigeria. I was diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection. I was given medications, which I have been taking. I have been having pains in my lower back and groin area even when taking the drugs and they say it signs that it has gone to your kidney. Please should I be worried ? I'm a young man.
