For the last 2 days I have been experiencing urine sensation even after I passed my urine and vagina pain. I have no burning sensation only pain in vagina and urine sensation even after emptying my bladder

Any low grade fever... or evening rise of temperature... Might be UTI...or PID.. Low back or lower abdominal pain??
Next Steps
take plenty of oral fluids and water use syrup  Citralka.. 10ml two times daily for five days.. in half glass of water
