In both problems a proper diet will help. Fatty liver is reversible but requires proper eating habits snd 1hr of exercise.

You seem to be having a very serious problem with your Liver. Please don't rely on Tele-consultation. Grade III Fatty Liver is only one step short of Cirrhosis Liver leading to Liver failure.

Share details of your symptoms and lab results. Do tests for hepatitis B and C. For high uric acid, avoid spinach,  tomato,  beans, red meat, beer. For fatty liver, take fat free diet. Tab Rosuvastatin 5mg daily after dinner for 4 to 6 weeks, then repeat lipid profile and liver function tests.
