If I go for surgical abortion at 6 weeks pregnancy can it lead to any fistula or any issues ? Any side effects ,I am unmarried,and contraception failed.

You can consult a gynecologist and maybe she can advise you medical abortion also if she thinks it’s fine for you.If not then surgical procedure has to done in expert hands and it doesn’t lead to any complications.
