I had ct scan 2 months ago and it was normal because I had an accident so had to go for scan but it was normal. Right now 2 days ago I had top headache and very stiff neck. Headache had gone after sleeping but from that day neck is very stiff and heavy it feels very tight is it related to brain or something pls urgent advise I cannot consult because i am in UK pls give direct answers why is my neck being so stiff. I had just done lateral raise dumbell and had headache after 1 min but headache went but there is stiff neck is it because something happened while lifting I am really scared pls help I cannot take consult because I am in UK kindly pls give advise. I don't have blurry vision I don't have nausea I don't have weakness or numbness I don't have droopy eyelid I don't have dilated pupil
