URGENT ATTENTION FOR PREGANANCY

From last 3 months we are trying to concive a baby. but don't know its not happening. I am worried is their any problem with me or my husband? My period cycle is not regular before 2 months every month i am getting period on 20th or 22nd second. But from last 2 months i m getting periods on 24 or 25th day. My husband has no side habits like smoking or drinking, etc. Can you please advise should we have to arrange any tests ? or anything ?

3 months is too short to tell that you have a problem in conceiving if u want you can take tests for your husband and yourself after visiting a local gynec
