I m facing urethral discharge ( plain, sometimes white, sometimes dark black) after having pee... My vagina feels like everytime active in sexual side without any cause or thinking... I'm irritating from this problem How can I treat this?

Please get direct smear of urethral discharge. Also get urine culture done. For vagina you may use  Gynodaktrin gel twice a day. Hygiene of vagina is also very important.
