Its not adviced in general  but we donot have much other options  , feel the tooth which part of it is sharp once found take a small piece of sand paper  nd rub that part of tooth , do cautiously donot hurt yourself.  Brush afterwards. If done properly you will surely get some relief  staying at home in this lockdown period. Thanksalot .

The tooth should trimmed by a dentist , or to be extracted,, if dental clinics are not open then apply dologel CT gel on the gum where the tooth is impinging for a temporary relief, whenever the clinics became open do the removal or either trimming ..
