Developed infection near teeth which had RC done few years back. Location is close to nasal cavity in upper jaw.
Doctor suggested to have RC on 2 teeth and have legion removed via surgery with plate insertion between nasal cavity and dental area. Attached are the reports.
Is surgery really needed?? Another way to do this???
Surgery is needed. In simple words your bone is getting dissolved in this infection and to stop this infection is needed to be removed by surgery as the area involved is very large. And medicines can only prevent it from spreading to other parts of body but it can not be cured by it.
