Upper right abdomen pain

I am getting a dull pain at the upper right abdomen for last 2 weeks. Attaching my ultrasound abdomen 8 months back mentioning fatty liver grade 1. My Lipid profile Total cholesterol-243, Triglycerides-198, HDL-60,LDL-140, VLDL-39. I am taking aztor 10mg daily. Sugar fasting was 86 and PPBS-125. Also HbA1c - 5.9. Liver function test was normal. Getting tensed for liver cancer. Please advice

It is reversible with regular walk and exercises. Do Brisk walk 30 minutes per day Avoid oily foods and junk foods.
