There's a flap of lip or something hanging from my upper lip and I don't know what it is but it hurts a lot. I just noticed it today but I haven't really been able to eat for the past 3 days.

Either u had a blister on ur lip nd that ruptured nd it’s paining u now.... the ruptured blister skin must b seeming like a flap to u....
