Hi All My from teeth slightly dropped and can see misalignment, there is no pain. What is this issue? I got OPG X-Ray and yet to consult a doctor. What's this symptom and what is the treatment for this

Hello Please share your opg. As you said your front teeth dropped and misalignment present  you please tell is there any mobility or the misalignment has been there for sometime... It can be a periodontal issue or ortho an opg will rule out the cause so please post.
