Upper Chest Pain

From yesterday morning after having my breakfast i feel gas trouble, acidity and burping issues On sunday i had eaten non veg foods but yesterday my bowelmovement was not proper, like constipated. Yesterday i had discomfortnes and light pain in left upper chest, sometimes the pain changes the direction in the upper chest. Feeling something stuck at the left throat, burping. Few months back i had a chest pain, where i had done ECG and TMT where it were normal. Can few months Back ECG can be taken for considration?. Whether this pain is cardiac or some sort of stomach issue.
