Upper back tingling and burning

2024-08-17 16:32:49
I have been experiencing upper back tingling and a burning sensation since I had COVID, and it has persisted until now. Recently, I've also been facing heart palpitations, especially when I walk or climb steps. I underwent ECG and ECHO tests, and both results came back normal. Please suggest what I should do.

Palpitations can be caused by various factors, including stress, caffeine, dehydration, hormonal changes, sleep disorders, medication side effects, and underlying medical conditions.
