Upper back stiffness and thighs below muscles pain. Working on computer. Please help with exercise to release.

Pls do back pain excercise. Bhujangasan is preferable. Also every 2 hours stand from chain and have very short walk to relax you back. You can use special chairs designed for the lower back pain

You should take breaks in between your work for 2-3 minutes for every one hour. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and treatment.

Start with the Spinal extension exercises, spinal strengthening exercises. Need To follow ergonomics while working in front of computer like support your back to chair, don’t lean forward, change position in frequent intervals, use small cushion or towel to support your lower back while sitting on chair.
