Having pain in the throat or chest or upper abdomen (during swallowing) is understandable but pain in upper back  ONLY DURING SWALLOWING is weird. Please consult with a General Physician in your area who can do a proper physical examination and advice further management.

It is may be due to gastritis or esophageal ulcer or tonsilitis or various other cause.Take Tab amoxyclav625 mg bd Tab Aceclofenac sos For 3 days.If not releived than plz consult with physician.
