Some time, I felt sharp pain on my upper back (other side of chest area)while lying on bed. I cant sleep in back position as i encounter this type of pain. I had to sleep in side position. This pain are usually got extreme During 1 week or 2 week before period. After period i used to found relief. Is this serious? Which specialist i should concern?
