Im suffering from  spondilis and slipdisc for past 12 years I also suffer from gas problem and acidity Recently my finger joints started painting and stiffness in the mornings Today I'm GETTING UPPER BACK ACHE could you please let me know the reason and remedy for back pain Thank you
