I have upper back pain started since 1 year due to a traumatic incident in which my right shoulder blade was strained..after some physiotherapy should pain somwwhat reduced but upper back and middle back pain remained chronic. I feel a sharp and burning pain all over the upper back mostly on the right side and sometimes on left and right scapulas. I had took MRI cervical spine and went to many doctors and all said it is normal and it is a muscle strain but one doctor told me this is fibromyalgia..i don't understand what's happening with my body and now most recently when i have mouth gas i feel the pain in whole  upper back on both sides  and some days it is like whole back hurts and i cannot sleep due to this...I feel root cause is not identified clearly..need your views on this
