Already, check up with many doctors but no results found for the cured. some time it mentioned due to a gas problem and due to urine infection after following all the advice it's difficult to say nothing is helping

If it is upper central abdominal pain you could be having an ulcer in the stomach or duodenum. Try HP kit twice a day for a week. If it doesn’t resolve you may need further investigation.
