It's been 10 days since my last unprotected sex and I took pregnancy test it's positive can I consult doctor and start MTP process .Please help me out

You should consult a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination, a few investigations and further management. MTP is not to be prescribed on Tele-consultation because if you develop a complication you will not know where to consult a Gynaecologist.
