While I was watching a movie in the cinema hall, i felt some insect bite like sensation in my leg but in darkness could not give much attention & later during intermission noticed food items being strewn on the floor. After coming home I saw a single bite like mark(skin break) in the sheen bone area. If there is a chance of a Rat bite then what treatment should I take ? Already took tetanus toxoid vaccine today. Anti rabies vaccination taken in August 2022 - 4 doses (Dog scratch), January 2023 - 2 doses(Dog scratch), June 2024 - 2 doses (Cat scratch). Thank You for valuable advice.

Clean the bite site with some antiseptic solution  then apply betadine ointment. As you are not sure about the source of bite, better take ARV as post exposure prophylaxis.
