Unexpected Periods

Hey Doctor, this is been happening around for 4-5 months. After getting intimated (protected, unprotected) my partner is getting periods the next day itself. She got her periods for this month in the first week but again she got her periods yesterday. What is the exact problem? Is she pregnant or any infection? Do I need to visit a doctor in person? Please help.

Better to get an ultrasonography done and checked by gynaecologist

This is not periods. This is called postcoital bleeding and has to be evaluated. The reason might be endometrial polyp any cervical pathology few hormonal evaluation and transvaginal ultrasound can make the diagnosis more certain.
