My son is 7.5 years old and he is having all uneven teeth. Is it because of calcium deficiency. What do I do

Uneven teeth is because of space insufficiency in jaw/arch We can expand the arches in this age which reduces the incidence of irregular teeth Please consult an orthodontist

Hello! By uneven teeth you mean they have different shades of colour in the same teeth or they are unevenly positioned? If the prior then it could be due to calcium deficiency or other factors such as fluoride deficiency or excess. If the latter, then it is not due to calcium deficiency but due to the pattern of eruption. Permanent teeth erupt at different ages, so right now your son has both milk teeth & permanent teeth in his mouth. By the age of 12-13years all the permanent teeth will have erupted except the wisdom teeth, so if till then also the teeth do not align themselves correctly, your son will have to undergo orthodontic (braces) treatment.
Next Steps
For now, you can visit a dentist who can advise you if your son needs any appliance till all his permanent teeth have erupted to guide their eruption.

At age 7 uneven teeth which means not properly positioned could be because your son is losing some milk teeth and getting new permanent teeth. At this stage the jaws are also growing and trying to accommodate the new teeth. Sometimes it may also be that his milk teeth are not fallen yet new permanent teeth have already erupted. This does not necessarily mean your son has calcium deficiency. You need to consult a Pedodontist soon and get treatment.
Next Steps
get the milk teeth removed if they are causing problem. you can also get blood calcium level checked to rule out your doubt.
Health Tips
Getting a regular check up done by a Pedodontist will be a good idea to prevent further problems .

Calcium deficiency can be one of the causes but it is unlikely to cause bothersome teeth malalignment..... please visit a pedodontist for a proper evaluation of the condition... best treatment options, if required, can be suggested after that only.... Regards
