I am 23 years old, I have been masturbating since age I don't even remember. I have been feeling less pleasure on left side and more on right side of my penis while masturbating and sometimes no pleasure at climax. I have white spots on my penis like fordyce. My penis head is kind of bluish colour at the base. I am insecure and want to live my best life.
