Unecessary thinking and lost focus

I think to much on any thing when some one says something to me. Loosing focus on my goals, lost interest in my hobbies, and not able to be free every time fear comes first whenever I try to face something and too much anxiety n stressed feelings. I dont like to be social actualy I want to be free friendly but I couldn't. Are there some activities that could help me to be stable and focused and fearless.

Since how long have you been facing these problems? Do you also feel helpless sometimes? Is the anxiety bearable? How were you as a child? Is there any stressor which has led to your current state? A complete history needs to be taken and only then can some form of therapy and medicines be started. For that you should consult someone online or in person. Until then you can try listening to white noise while you're working and start some form of exercise in the form of yoga or running or zumba.
