Uneasiness in wisdom tooth
It has been 4 days approx that i am feeling as if something is stuck at the back of my wisdom tooth on the left hand side. I have tried using a toothpick, but it didn't help.
Moreover, i couldn't see anything stuck there but still can feel that uneasyness

hi, I suppose you have swollen gums on that tooth (operculum), It occurs due to food impaction under the gums , it swells up leading to pericoronitis (infection of surrounding gums ) of wisdom tooth

please do not use toothpick and traumatize the tissue , consult nearby dentist and he will start on antibiotics

salt water gargling or chlorhexidine based mouth wash will be helpful

Feeling of foreign body at the back can be due to fracture of a part of tooth or actual food particle stuck beneath swollen gums.
Next Steps
Rinse with warm saline water 2-3 times a day.You can take routine painkillers like Combiflam to relieve the discomfort temporarily.
Health Tips
Avoid using toothpick or anything sharp as this will cause further irritation and may lead to infection.
Do not continue using medications without consulting the dentist.
Consult a dentist ASAP.
