I am 24 year old and my weight is 45kgs. I tried every possible solution to gain weight but it didn't work out.

Hi, Have a glass or two of milk or lassi or shakes everyday. Eat various dry fruits and nuts. Eat ghee, cheese, paneer, bananas, rice, potatoes generously. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. Increase your protein consumption. You can contact me for a detailed diet plan Regards
