I want to increase my weight from 52 to 70 or above ... I am heavily under weight. I couldn't properly mention diet. I tried taking endura mass but doesn't help ... Could you tell what should i follow to increase my weight as early as possible.
Take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass.
