I dont gain weight even i take food at regular intervals. I consulted many doctors but no effective outcomes. I take fruits like banana at regular basis still i dont gain weight.
Hello..., what's your weight now ,you haven't mentioned that ..., you can gain weight Don't worry ,change your food habbit and lifestyle ..., Have egg,chicken, fish , pulses .all these contain lot of protein .. Have milk and milk products . Maintaining fitness is more important than weight gain. Do aerobics , yoga regularly or else cycling , jogging ,swimming.
