Usually undescended testis has a possibility to reach the scrotum till 6-9 months of age after which it needs surgical intervention. Do not try to manipulate or massage on it.if there is any redness , baby being irritable and crying upon touching the area consult your paediatrician immediately.

Hi What you can feel is a testicle. Testis might be descending down to scrotum. It descends by 6 months of age, if not you need to consult.

Wait till 6 months of age.

Dont worry its normal in some of babies by 6months it will be in position if not need to check with Surgeon
