From my own experience I have realised that It's not that we are angry on small issues.
Thing is we are angry and hence it comes out on minimum provocation. You need to get more aware of ur anger, is it becoming a habit ? Or is it temporary in certain circumstances or situations or infront of few ppl ? It will give u a lot of insight
