Unconfortable feelings through body

Namastey Doctors From few days i feel i am not feeling well mentally,as i facing sudden anxiousness and uncontrollable thoughts. With this i have felt my head feels light and i am having dizzy feeling. But today while i was having a bath, i had suddenly felt loss of control from my body and my whole body felt light and i was like i will faint now but not happened. I am really concenered why is this thing happeneing to me. It was experienced 2nd time. Am i having some serious issue?
