Your problem is a very common problem. please sleep early and at least 6 to 7 hours strictly. for sleeplessness start half to one hour meditation /yoga in morning. for energy levels you need to change your diet seriously.
please start having abundant fruits in breakfast and in evening (half hour before dinner). in lunch have 2 katori green vegetables, 2 katori sprouts, half plate salad, decrease avoid milk and milk products, refined products, packaged foods of any kind.
have more coconut water, more simple water.
