Hello doctors since a month I used to go to the bed around 11pm and I remain sleepless the whole night and in the morning just for 2-3 hrs I get sleep. Due to this I am feeling weakness the whole day. Please get me some solution 🙏
Your insomnia could be due to anxiety or thyroid issues. Have you checked your thyroid levels recently? Are there constant thoughts going on while going into bed? Try to avoid any gadget use at bedtime. Meditate atleast 15mins morning and bedtime. For medication Consult me on practo
