These are early signs of depression. One should not ignore these. If any particular stressful event is causing these problems then you need to handle these issues. Try to involve yourself in some creative work like reading, playing a sport, traveling, listening to music, etc. as per your liking. Try to schedule your daily activities and keep very little free time. If these things don't work out then you need to consult a psychiatrist.
