Unable to get pregnant after miscarriage
I had miscarriage at Nov 2021 which of 6week naturally, after that did some tests and as all reports are normal doctor suggested to try to consive from Jan as my period cycle is regular, but since that we was trying to consive but still not able to get pregnant and from Last two cycles I am feeling light pin in lower abdomen after 4-5 day's of ovulation and before 4days of period date it get vanished
Need suggestions what should I do, is it alarm to consult doctor
I am on madicine of Folic acid and Asperin gastro resistance table
