Hello doctor, I cannot able to feel the thirst but urinating frequently. What might be the cause please guide

It may be due to urinary tract infection or diabetes early stage. Kindly do the following tests 1) urine routine and culture test 2) fasting and postprandial blood sugar 3) HB level You need antibiotics and alkaliser Drink plenty of oral fluids To be reviewed with your query soon
