Since two weeks i am unable to rest. I don't feel like eating, going out, cant sleep at night. Barely for 3-4 hours in a day. Feeling irritated, lonely, not happy. Hardly speaking to anyone around or with my family. Feels a lump in my throat, a heavy feeling in my heart.

Your symptoms are suggestive of an episode of clinical depression. I recommend you consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment of the severity of your symptoms, and appropriate next steps. You will need to be initiated on Antidepressant medication to help you tide over this phase.
