Hello doctor I am 33 yrs old and have been trying to conceive for last 14 months All my reports (amh, hsg, usg pelvis, blood test etc) are normal still i m not able to concieve. Can you please advise what should be the next course of action? What all treatments are advisable for me at this moment? Thank you

Semen analysis is important. If all ok semen analysis, you xan go ahead with Intrauterine insemination to increase your chances of getting pregnant.

You need to see a gynecologist in person through history  exam needs to be done. Husband semen analysis is needed.
