Umbilical granuloma

Doctor my baby is now 65days old. Still his umbilical cord does not dry and fix properly. His doctor suggests to apply t bact. But i don't see any change. Please give me some advice.

Normally the umbilical cord falls after 14 days of life if it's not falling have to consult
