Hello sir/mam my 8 year old son having ulser on toung .he cant eat properly .he feel very pain pls suggest me how to heel.

Hello, An ulcer is the break or discontinuity in the epithelium. Causes may be physical injury by a sharp food,sharp tooth, gastroesophageal distress syndrome, vitamin deficiency , iron deficiency etc. It may cure with in 7 to 10 days. You can apply Dolo gel 4 times a day.

Hi. U can use a mucopain gel three times a day before food. Apply it on the affected area with a clean index finger and rinse after 5 to 10 mins. If the ulcer still persists please visit a dentist .

Please send a photo to see the size of the ulcer, if it is small don't worry it will heal by itself. Just avoid giving spicy food for few days and give lot of curd
