Hello sir.... It is the traumatic ulcer ...it is normal during initial stages of braces treatment...Apply dologel CT for symptomatic relief...kindly check with the extension the arch wire which also poke. Your cheek..if it is extended kindly trim that extended wire
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for further clinical examination and management

Hello,      It is common to get ulcers in the initial stages of orthodontic treatment. You can use  dologel for pain relief .But if the wire is extending beyond the bracket or band  and causing the ulcer ,the wire has to be cut . So visit your dentist . Regards.

There is a possibility that there is some excessive wire extending beyond the braces. In that case, the extra length of the wire needs to be cut by your doctor. Triamcinolone gel may help you to get relief, to be applied about 3 times a day for 3-4 days.

Apply dologel CT over that area. It’s just the traumatic ulcer which is due to any sharp wire pointing out from braces.
