Colonoscopic report shows ileal ulcer and hemorrhoids.. It can be due to many reasons.. Wait for histopathology and other reports for proper diagnosis.. If any doubt, u can connect with detailed clinical history

Your colonoscopy report shows an ulcer in the terminal ileum i.e. most distal part of small intestine . biopsy is taken from the site and waiting for the histopathology report to see if it's crohn's disease or tuberculosis  causing terminal ileitis Another finding is internal hemorrhoids. You have not mentioned the reason for getting this colonoscopy done .It's not appropriate to comment much on it.
